Our Leaders
For more than 16 years, Suzanne has worked with pharmaceutical brands at every stage of their life cycle. She understands the importance of ensuring a unique offering remains at the heart of every communications plan and the difference it can make for the patient, HCP community and organization.
Oli knows a thing or two about medical education. He’s a founding member of ISO.heath, a medical education agency that joined Real Chemistry at the end of 2019. He now leads Real Chemistry’s Global Medical Communications team.
With a PhD in biochemistry and a postdoctoral fellowship in pediatric oncology, Ujwal Pyati, PhD, President of Medical Affairs, brings a real-world, “in-the-lab” perspective to transforming healthcare communications. His team focuses on applying data, analytics and AI to new offerings, as well as guiding scientific strategy and content development for clients.
With more than 25 years of experience in producing award-winning work for clients including Burger King, Cleveland Clinic, Eli Lilly and Company, Kraft Foods, and Eagle Pharma, Patrick loves it when creative pushes through conventional boundaries. At the same time, he ensures that all creative development is firmly grounded in a disciplined adherence to strategy to turn HCP education into pure inspiration.
How many people can say they add wonder to the wonders of science? Brandon Pletsch can. He’s one of the founders of Radius Digital Science, now Rad Science at Real Chemistry. Every day, Brandon and his team take creative scientific storytelling to new heights, which includes AI-driven visualization.
Strategy is like oxygen to Todd. He lives and breathes it. With 20-plus years of executive experience in pharmaceutical marketing, including more than a decade with Eli Lilly and Company, Todd enjoys nothing more than helping our clients educate and engage with HCPs across a spectrum of channels—executing against a thoroughly buttoned-up, end-to-end strategy.
After spending seven years in sales and marketing roles at Eli Lilly and Company, Kat joined Avant Healthcare in 2008, where she has worn many hats—from Account Executive to Agency President to her current role as Chief Operating Officer. Today, Kat is responsible for the overall business operations of our medical communications team.
